Mission Statement
I founded this business on the belief that honest work, done with pride and skill, can strengthen both people and communities. Big contractors often overlook or overcharge the small businesses that keep our towns running. I aim to change that; To offer dependable, hands-on maintenance and automation services that are fair, personal, and rooted in Christian values. Inspired by 1 Thessalonians 4:11–12, I strive to work with my hands, serve with integrity, and earn respect through craftsmanship and care.
A legal disclaimer
1. General Overview
Light Works Solutions provides industrial maintenance, repair, automation, and consulting services. Because these services require time, materials, and scheduling commitments, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms below.

2. Deposits and Prepayments
Deposits are typically required to secure scheduling and materials.
All deposits are non-refundable once scheduling or material purchases have begun, except in cases where Light Works Solutions cancels or cannot perform the service.
If a client cancels before work begins and no materials have been purchased, a partial refund may be issued at the owner’s discretion.

3. Service Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booked service visit.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a service fee to cover lost time and scheduling.
In the event Light Works Solutions must reschedule or cancel a service, clients will be notified promptly and given priority for the next available time slot.

4. Completed Work
Once a service is performed and accepted by the client (either verbally or in writing), all payments are non-refundable.
If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of work, they should notify Light Works Solutions within 5 business days. Reasonable efforts will be made to correct the issue at no additional cost, if it falls within the agreed scope of work.

5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Service could not be performed due to unforeseen circumstances on Light Works Solutions' part.
Duplicate payments were made in error.
A billing or administrative error occurred.

6. No Warranty on Client-Owned Equipment
Refunds cannot be provided for damages, malfunctions, or failures that arise from pre-existing equipment issues or conditions outside of Light Works Solution's control.
